Assign Record Ownership

eWay-CRM Desktop

  1. Open a card and find the owner in the bottom left corner.
  2. Item Owner

     

  3. Click on the owner, select Edit and choose a new owner in the pop-up window. Only an active user can be a record’s owner.
  4. Select Different User

     

  5. The new owner will receive a notification as in the picture below, if the item is deal.

eWay-CRM Online

  1. Open a card and find the owner in the bottom left corner.
  2. Item Owner

     

  3. Double-click on the owner, select Edit and choose a new owner in the pop-up window. Only an active user can be a record’s owner.
  4. Select Different User

eWay-CRM Mobile

  1. Open the item. click the Edit button in the top part of the screen.
  2. Editthe item

     

  3. Swipe down were is the Owner field and tap it.
  4. Owner field

     

  5. Select the new item owner from the list.
  6. Select new owner

     

  7. Save the item.
  8. Save the item
