How to Launch TeamViewer for Remote Support

DID YOU KNOW...

 

...that you can use TeamViewer for free to share your computer's desktop? Thanks to this, eWay-CRM technical support can connect and help remotely if needed. All you need to do is provide your ID and password.

  1. Right-click the eWay Agent icon in the Windows system tray area, hover over Diagnostics, and click Start Remote Support.
  2. A new Allow Remote Control window opens. Tell eWay-CRM support Your ID and Password.
