DID YOU KNOW...
...that in eWay-CRM you can easily change an item owner? Often you need to delegate for example a task or project to somebody else. Simply you need to change the item owner. It's easy. Just do the following:
- Open the item where you want to change the owner.
- At the bottom on the left click on the owner's name.
- Select Edit.
- Choose a new owner from the list and confirm your choice.
