Isn’t it just Outlook you use? But would like to have all your emails in eWay-CRM? Even those from Gmail or Hotmail? We know the way to easily achieve this.

As you know, eWay-CRM Online can automatically track emails server-side. Through a single private Microsoft 365 account.
However, many of us use multiple email clients, and often, these are outside of Microsoft 365: Gmail, Hotmail, or others.
So how to get all of them, sent and received emails, into eWay-CRM? By forwarding them.
Use Rules to Automatically Forward Messages in the New Outlook on the Web
To set the automatic forwarding of emails in the new Outlook on the web, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Mail > Rules.
- Select Add new rule.
- Enter the name of your rule.
- Add a condition: Choose Apply to all messages. You can also add another condition here if you’d like to.
- Add an action: Choose Forward to and add an email address you use for eWay-CRM.
- Confirm everything by clicking the Save button.
What’s Worth Knowing
What should you know about email forwarding? Copies of emails you forward stay in the inbox to which they were originally sent.
If you wish the forwarded emails to be deleted - make sure no duplicates will be created - just add an action that will delete the messages. Then, you’ll find these emails in the folder Deleted Items or Trash or synonymous.
